Scope of Work

A comprehensive, design-forward window treatment and upholstery package spanning both guestrooms and public spaces. This project featured intricately fabricated custom-shaped cornices paired with bespoke tailored drapery systems, integrating a seamless mix of manual and fully motorized tracks by Lutron.

Beyond the guestrooms, our team executed elevated public area installations, including refined drapery treatments, handcrafted Roman shades, and custom wall upholstery, contributing to the hotel's layered, residential-inspired luxury aesthetic. Every element was engineered to balance performance with architectural detail, reinforcing the property's distinctly curated identity.

Scope of Work

A refined execution of custom-shaped cornices and tailored drapery systems, designed to complement the hotel's Parisian-inspired elegance. This installation blended manual and motorized drapery solutions utilizing Lutron technology, allowing for both aesthetic precision and modern functionality.

The focus here was on delivering clean, structured lines and soft fabric movement, ensuring that each guestroom maintained a consistent, upscale ambiance while discreetly integrating advanced shading controls.

Scope of Work

A dual-tiered guestroom and suite program emphasizing both simplicity and upgraded comfort. Standard guestrooms were outfitted with custom manual ripplefold drapery, delivering a clean, contemporary look with consistent wave spacing and effortless operation.

In the suites, the experience was elevated through the integration of motorized drapery systems powered by Somfy, providing enhanced convenience and a more luxurious user experience. The contrast between manual and automated systems was thoughtfully executed to align with room hierarchy while maintaining a cohesive visual language.

Scope of Work

A highly tailored installation centered around custom pinch-pleated drapery, emphasizing craftsmanship and classic detailing. Each treatment was fabricated to deliver precise fullness, structured pleating, and a rich, residential feel, aligning with the property's boutique, members-only character.

The focus was on refined materiality and detailing, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere through traditional drapery styling executed at a luxury hospitality scale.

Scope of Work

A multi-solution shading program designed to address both light control and design versatility across varying room types. Installations included custom blackout Roman shades for optimal guest comfort, paired with manual solar roller shades to manage daylight while preserving exterior views.

Select floors were further enhanced with custom ripplefold drapery, adding softness and depth to the overall design. This layered approach allowed for functional flexibility while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic, tailored to the operational and design needs of the property.
