Recent Projects

The Baccarat Hotel

Rooms in the luxurious Baccarat hotel received a combination of JO-Vin window treatments. Two sets of draperies, one sheer and the other a blackout, were installed with a motorized drapery track system. In addition, we installed blackout shades, hidden by a white metal facia, for added privacy and room darkening.

The Carlton Hotel

For the fantastic Carlton Hotel, JO-VIN produced soft-fold roman shades, blackout lined, with a fabric-covered cornice. Room windows also received a roller shade made with fabric that, depending on room type, had either a three-percent or a five-percent openness factor to insure appropriate privacy and natural light.

The JW Marriott Essex House

Manhattan’s amazing JW Marriot Essex House chose a JO-VIN specialty combination for its window treatments. A fabric-covered valance hid two roller shades, one with a five percent solar openness factor and the other a blackout shade. Roller shades in ADA-fitted rooms received motorized dual-shade treatments.

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

At the beautiful new Number One Brooklyn Bridge Hotel, JO-VIN’s window treatments combined a sheer, fantasy drape with a discreet blackout drape to provide the finishing touch to their wonderful rooms.
